Main responsibilities :

  • Record data and information of all staff member and in change of updating the staff information in to the HR program (B-Plus)
  • Handle data entry for the Payroll program (B-Plus) and good knowledge of personal income TAX
  • Prepare employee daily report and monthly report regarding the staff attendance data                                                                                           (Monitoring the attendance, leave records, late coming etc.)
  • Manage staff ID card, insurance cards, registration and cancellation of the staff
  • Support and issue Employee’s welfare and benefit such as Social Security, Group Insurance, and other company welfare & benefit
  • Telephone operator
  • Organize transportation for guest, visitor, etc.
  • Company car distance check
  • Daily management in General Affairs and facilities support
  • Coordinate with other departments regarding any issue related to the HR department

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • 1-2 years of experiences in related filed with willingness to learn
  • Having experiences using B-Plus Program is an advantage
  • Able to handle multiple tasks and communicate clearly and accurately
  • Good interpersonal skills in dealing with people at all levels in the company
  • Computer literate in MS office

Work location :  Union Nifco Co., Ltd. , Bangna-Trad (km.38), Chachoengsao.
