Profile & Qualifications Required

Job Description


  • Create and publish job ads in various portals
  • Network with potential hires trough professional groups on social media and during events
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees
  • Screen resume and job applications
  • Interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles (operators, junior, senior and executive)

Organization Development

  • Acting as a facilitator during training courses: in-house and external classroom training, orientations & demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences, and workshops, etc.
  • Consult with management and other leadership to identify appropriate learning and OD programs to support business goal
  • Define the budget that is needed to implement the training and development plan and ensure is effectively spent
  • Develop methods of measuring if performance management aligns with organizational goals
  • Support with talent assessment, providing coaching sessions, and analysis / development of talent management systems, succession planning and processes related to performance management, career planning, business continuity and culture
